Pulsations exercise - video

This is a body exercise of the Neuroimagination® method, that activates your brain and body functions. After the exercise you will be in good conditions to react with a relaxed attitude in stressful situations.
Through breathing, body movement and right-left stimulation, the metabolism in your brain is activated and your synapses switch to relaxation. On the physical level this can result in yawning, muscle relaxation and vascular dilatation. The whole body gets going. Do the individual steps of the exercise in a way that is comfortable for you.

Stress resilience is the ability to cope successfully with difficult situations without negative impact on our body and psyche but with the opportunity to develop personally from them.
